I’m Ashley Marie Benkula, founder of AMBiant Events, where beautiful celebrations are thoughtfully designed and seamlessly executed. I specialize in wedding coordination, helping couples transform their vision into an unforgettable experience filled with meaningful details and effortless elegance.

After graduating from Lewis-Clark State College with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Management, I knew my path would be in the world of events. I began my career in 2008 at The Party Center, where I discovered my passion for working closely with couples to curate celebrations that feel both personal and extraordinary.

With over 18 years of experience operating and then owning an event rental business, I bring a deep understanding of the many elements that come together to create a truly exceptional event. In addition, my experience as the owner of a flower shop for over two years has strengthened my love for floral design and the artistry that elevates a space into something unforgettable.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of working with hundreds of couples and coordinating countless weddings, each one unique in its vision and style. My role is to guide you through the planning process with expertise, creativity, and attention to every detail so that your wedding day unfolds beautifully and without stress.

Professional ceremony coordination, including directing the processional
Oversight to ensure all vendors arrive on time and execute according to plan
Full timeline management throughout the wedding day
Assistant planner(s) to ensure every detail is attended to Up to 12 hours of on-site coordination split between rehearsal and wedding day.

Coordination and communication with all contracted vendors, including final confirmations and scheduling
Assistance with vendor quotes and final logistical details
Development of a detailed and customized wedding day timeline
Attendance and coordination of the wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared
Up to 12 hours of professional coordination, divided between the rehearsal and wedding day
Full wedding day management, overseeing vendors, timeline execution, and event flow
