We have a flat rate delivery fee for up to 14 miles of $35.00 for delivery and $35.00 for pick up. If over the 14 miles, there is a mileage charge based on your location and number of vehicles required for delivery. If you require earlier or later delivery and pickup times you may set up a special arrangement with Party Center for an additional fee. All rental items are to be made to a dock, door, garage or locale that is immediately accessible by our trucks. On pick-up, all items must be returned to the same location; in the same condition it was left. If delivery requires a long carry, stairs, gates, fences, hills, backyards, multiple doors or an elevator, additional portage fees apply. Set-up of rental items is not included unless required by Party Center (canopy or dance floor) or contracted as a service in advance. All decreases to the order must be received three weeks prior to your event date or you will be required to pay for all rental items reserved. Additional items may be added as long as we have the inventory in stock. A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your items. The remaining balance is due three weeks prior to your delivery date.
Curbside/Dock Deliveries/Pickups made at our convenience during normal business hours, “ANYTIME” deliveries are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. During busy season ANYTIME is Monday-Friday 9am-7pm. All deliveries are scheduled as an ANYTIME delivery and ANYTIME pick up unless scheduled otherwise. Provide ALL time restrictions at time of Reservation.
Our delivery staff is instructed to stack items in a mutually convenient place on delivery; curbside, dock, driveway, garage, etc. Please know where equipment is going and have area prepared prior to our arrival, including moving vehicles that could be in the way of our delivery trucks. On pick-up, all items must be returned to the same location, in the same condition that it was left.
If your event is 30 miles or more outside of Twin Falls, our standard delivery day is Thursday and standard pick up day is Monday for a weekend event. Please check availability with your venue to ensure we will have access Thursday-Monday. All time constraints must be discussed with Party Center at the time of booking.
There is an additional charge on top of standard delivery fee including, but not limited to the following cases:
- Deliveries and pickups made between 9pm-7am
- Deliveries and pickups made on holidays or holiday weekends
- Outdoor Winter Weather setup & takedown
- Deliveries and pickups that include, but not limited to a long carry, stairs, gates, fences, hills, backyards, elevator or multiple doors
- Deliveries and pickups that require more than one vehicle
- Deliveries and pickups arranged less than 48 hours in advance
- Your Late Night Delivery/Pick up Fees may look like:
5pm-7pm: $75
7pm-9pm: $100
9pm-11pm: $150
11pm-12am: $250
12am-4am: $400
