Party Center knows that party planning can get costly, and you want to save money wherever you can. If you’re looking for a more-cost effective, budget friendly service, look no further. We can eliminate the cost of delivery by giving you control of the event item transport. Our will call service allows you to pick up event items, set them up for your party, and return them with ease. When you come to pick up your items, our team members are here to help you load them into your vehicle. Cut stress and costs for your party with our will call service.

Service Details

Rental items can be picked up from our business location at 231 Eastland Drive, Twin Falls, ID. Items can be picked up the day prior to the event between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm unless otherwise arranged. All items must be returned the day following the event between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm unless otherwise arranged; or if that day falls on a Sunday. If you require earlier pickup/return times, an additional fee may be applied. If your event is on a Saturday, rental items can be picked up Friday between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm and returned Monday between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm for a one day rental. A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your items. The remaining balance is due at time of customer pickup. All decreases to the order must be received three weeks prior to your event date or you will be required to pay for all rental items reserved. Additional items may be added as long as we have inventory available.

Delivery

Driving back and forth across town can be frustrating and time consuming while you’re trying to get ready for an event. Party Center’s delivery service is here to make it easier for you. We will drop off all of your specified event items and pick them up when your event is over. We work with you to take away the stress and worry of getting all of the necessary items to and from your event. Don’t worry about asking a friend to borrow their pickup — Party Center has your back.

Service Details

We deliver between the hours of 9:00 am-5:00 pm. We have a flat rate delivery fee for up to 14 miles of $35.00 per loaded mile. If over the 14 miles a mileage charge of $2.50/ loaded mile will be added to the rental cost. If you require earlier or later delivery and pickup times you may set up a special arrangement with Party Center for an additional fee. All deliveries will take place at a minimum of 4 hours prior to your event or the day prior based upon scheduling. All rental items will be dropped at customer’s desired location and need to be placed back in the same manor that the items were left for PC to pick up. Delivery and pickup does not include setting up or taking down the items. Pickups will be the following day between 9:00 am-1:00 pm unless otherwise scheduled. Set Up & Tear Down

We know how much you want your event to be successful and stress free. Do you have a vision and don’t know how manage all of the details? Do you want to eliminate the stress of event planning? With our set up and tear down service, we’ll bring your vision to life. Our Party Center event planners meet with you one on one to discuss your vision and create mockups. We will meet with you at your venue of choice and help you create the perfect layout. We will be with you from the inspiration stages through the tear down of your event. All you need to do is show up for your event and have a good time.

Service Details

With all-inclusive pricing Party Center will deliver, setup, takedown and pickup all items rented from Party Center. You will have your own planner that will meet with you one on one to bring your vision to life. Your planner will meet with you at Party Center to create mock tables and get a list of all your rental needs. Then meet with you at the venue prior to the event to discuss layout and other necessary details pertaining to your event. We want to make your special event stress free. A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your items. The remaining balance is due three weeks prior to your delivery date. Your planner will schedule a meeting with you 21 days prior to finalize all details and collect final payment.

Custom Floral

Flowers are always a spectacle at every party, and we want to be your one stop party shop. Party Center teams up with Canyon Floral, a Magic Valley local florist, to bring floral beauty to your party or event. Our planners will meet with you to get your floral vision, and then work directly with a florist to bring your vision to life. The florists work directly with your party planner, for seamless floral integration. Give your guests a beautifully decorated party that they won’t soon forget.
